What is a Product Feedback App?

A Product Feedback App is basically a platform where customers can rate and review products they've used, and businesses get an organized way to see and manage all that feedback in one place — exactly what we built.

On the customer side, someone browses through product cards (with image, description, stock, and star ratings), picks a product, and through a simple popup form, gives it a star rating and writes a short review, which gets submitted.

On the admin side, the business owner logs into a dashboard where they don't see pretty product cards anymore — instead they see a clean data view: summary boxes showing total reviews, average rating, and low-rated review count, plus a full table listing every review with product name, customer name, rating, review text, and date, which can be filtered by star rating to quickly spot problems.

So in short, it's a two-sided system—one side collects opinions, the other turns those opinions into something the business can actually act on.
